本產(chǎn)品為多種緩蝕劑復(fù)合而成，透明液體，主要用于乙二醇制冷系統(tǒng)的緩蝕。

本產(chǎn)品為全有機(jī)系高效緩蝕劑，是乙二醇溶液介質(zhì)中金屬的高效緩蝕劑。能有效保護(hù)乙二醇水溶液系統(tǒng)中的碳鋼、不銹鋼、銅等金屬免受介質(zhì)腐蝕損傷，延長系統(tǒng)使用壽命，大幅降低系統(tǒng)及設(shè)備維修次數(shù)和費(fèi)用。

本品能有效防止乙二醇水溶液對金屬系統(tǒng)的化學(xué)腐蝕及電偶腐蝕損傷，緩蝕率達(dá)98%以上。

使用方法

●初始加藥：

根據(jù)系統(tǒng)總?cè)莘e（m³），按每m³乙二醇水溶液加入本品8-10kg。具體視系統(tǒng)腐蝕程度而定，計(jì)算初始總加藥量，將該藥量一次性緩慢加入系統(tǒng)并混合均勻。

●補(bǔ)充加藥：

系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)行后，每年補(bǔ)充加藥一次。補(bǔ)充加藥量按每m³ 乙二醇水溶液加入本品1-2kg，將該藥量一次性緩慢加入系統(tǒng)并與乙二醇水溶液混合均勻。

●注意事項(xiàng)：

使用本品前須先對設(shè)備系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行維修檢漏，使系統(tǒng)無泄漏，否則會損失冷卻介質(zhì)和緩蝕劑，影響使用效果。本品禁止與其它添加劑混用。

包裝與貯運(yùn)

(1)本品采用塑料桶包裝，25Kg/桶，1t/桶或根據(jù)客戶需要確定。

(2)與易燃、可燃物、還原劑、酸類、堿類等物質(zhì)分開存放，切忌混儲。

(3)貯區(qū)應(yīng)備有泄漏應(yīng)急處理設(shè)備和合適的收容材料。

安全與防護(hù)

(1)避免吸入、食入，操作人員必須佩戴好防護(hù)眼鏡、防酸堿手套。

(2)工作過程中不準(zhǔn)進(jìn)食、飲水，注意通風(fēng)或局部排風(fēng)，工作完畢用肥皂和清水洗手。

(3)裝卸時(shí)防止碰撞，注意密封，防止包裝及容器損壞。

3. usage method

● initial dosing:

According to the total system volume (m3), add 8-10kg of water of ethylene glycol solution per m3. Depending on the corrosion degree of the system, the initial total dose is calculated, and the dose is slowly added to the system at one time and mixed evenly.

● supplement:

After the system is running normally, it will be added once a year. Add 1-2kg per m3 of ethylene glycol solution slowly to the system at one time and mix evenly with ethylene glycol solution.

● matters need attention:

Before using this product, the equipment system to repair the leakage, so that the system has no leakage, otherwise the cooling medium and corrosion inhibitor will be lost, which will affect the use effect. This product is prohibited to mix with other additives.

(1) This product is packaged in plastic bucket, 25 Kg / barrel, 1t / barrel or determined according to customer needs.

(2) With flammable, combustible, reducing agent, acid, alkali and other substances stored separately, avoid mixed storage.

(3) The storage area shall be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and suitable receiving materials.

5. Safety and protection

(1) Avoid inhalation and feeding, operators must wear protective glasses and acid-alkali gloves.
