一、三合一清洗鈍化劑產(chǎn)品性能：

本清洗劑是一種集除油、除銹、鈍化一體的清洗劑，無(wú)需加熱，在常溫下即能進(jìn)行清洗。

二、三合一清洗鈍化劑適用范圍：

（1）適用于工業(yè)成套裝置單元設(shè)備、長(zhǎng)輸管線(xiàn)的開(kāi)車(chē)前清洗；

（2）適用于以鐵銹垢為主的在役設(shè)備的清洗；

（3）適用于鋼鐵器材、工件的除油、除銹及鈍化工作；

（4）適用于碳鋼、不銹鋼等材質(zhì)。

三、三合一清洗鈍化劑產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：

（1）高效：除油、除銹效果好，對(duì)一般油污和銹蝕產(chǎn)物洗凈率大于95％；

四、三合一清洗鈍化劑使用方法：

建議使用濃度20%-40%，采用除鹽水稀釋?zhuān)刹捎媒莼蜓h(huán)清洗，亦可配合機(jī)械清洗進(jìn)行擦拭，清洗后無(wú)需進(jìn)行沖洗（或根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)要求決定）。

五、三合一清洗鈍化劑包裝與貯存：

本品采用塑料桶包裝，25Kg/桶或根據(jù)客戶(hù)需要確定。常溫儲(chǔ)存于陰涼干燥處。

六、三合一清洗鈍化劑安全與防護(hù)：

SGR0240弱酸性，操作時(shí)注意勞動(dòng)保護(hù)，應(yīng)避免與皮膚、眼睛等接觸，接觸后立即用大量清水沖洗。
