SGR0203 中性除油除銹劑主要由螯合劑、促進(jìn)劑、表面活性劑、緩蝕劑等成分組成；可廣泛適用于成套裝置、鋼制設(shè)備、管道、線材、板材投用前表面除油除銹清洗，也適用于輕度銹蝕的在役設(shè)備停車(chē)檢修除油除銹清洗。 

本產(chǎn)品具有如下特點(diǎn)： 

（1）高效。本產(chǎn)品除油除銹徹底，螯合除銹均勻，不產(chǎn)生大銹片剝離， 不會(huì)造成系統(tǒng)狹縫和毛細(xì)管堵塞現(xiàn)象。除銹完成后，無(wú)需漂洗，直接鈍化，不 影響鈍化膜質(zhì)量； 

（2）快速。速度快，30-80℃的溫度范圍，6-12 小時(shí)，一步同時(shí)完成除 油除銹工作； 

（3）安全。產(chǎn)品無(wú)毒、無(wú)味、不燃不爆，溶液 PH＝6-8，對(duì)設(shè)備腐蝕性 很小，對(duì)鋼、銅、鋁、不銹鋼、其它有色金屬及其組合件均有良好的緩蝕作用； 

（4）環(huán)保。產(chǎn)品及清洗廢液均為中性，沒(méi)有強(qiáng)酸、強(qiáng)堿，沒(méi)有重金屬離子，廢液簡(jiǎn)易處理后即可達(dá)到排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

使用方法：

具體使用量應(yīng)根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工藝確定。一般在計(jì)量水中，投入5%-50%的中性除油除銹劑，在 30-80℃條件下清洗6-24 小時(shí)，分析系統(tǒng)中總鐵離子不變時(shí)，結(jié)束清洗，排完廢液后直接進(jìn)行鈍化處理，若快速干燥后無(wú)須鈍化。

包裝貯存：

一般采用 25L 塑料桶包裝；運(yùn)輸按普通液體化學(xué)藥劑運(yùn)輸方式； 在陰涼避光的室內(nèi)儲(chǔ)存，保質(zhì)期一年。 

安全防護(hù)：

操作時(shí)應(yīng)注意勞動(dòng)防護(hù)，避免與皮膚、眼睛直接接觸，接觸后 應(yīng)用大量水沖洗；適當(dāng)處理清洗液廢液。

1. Performance and Application

SGR0203 is a neutral degreaser and rust remover composed of chelating agents, accelerants, surfactants, and corrosion inhibitors. It is widely applicable for pre-use cleaning of complete sets of equipment, steel devices, pipelines, wires, and plates, as well as for degreasing and rust removal on lightly rusted equipment during shutdowns and maintenance.。

This product has the following features:：

（1）High Efficiency: This product provides thorough and uniform degreasing and rust removal without large rust flakes peeling off, preventing blockages in system gaps and capillaries. After rust removal, there is no need for rinsing; it can be directly passivated without affecting the quality of the passivation film.

（2）Rapid Action: It works quickly within a temperature range of 30-80°C, completing both degreasing and rust removal in 6-12 hours in a single step.

（3）Safety: The product is non-toxic, odorless, non-flammable, and non-explosive. The solution has a pH of 6-8, causing minimal corrosion to equipment. It has excellent corrosion inhibition for steel, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and other non-ferrous metals and their combinations.

（4）Environmental Protection: The product and its cleaning waste solution are neutral, free from strong acids, strong bases, and heavy metal ions. The waste liquid is easily treated to meet discharge standards.

3. Usage Instructions

The specific dosage should be determined based on the on-site process. Generally, add 5%-50% of the neutral degreaser and rust remover to the measured water, and clean at a temperature of 0-80°C for 6-24 hours. Once the total iron ions in the system remain unchanged, end the cleaning process. After draining the waste liquid, proceed directly to passivation. If rapid drying is achieved, passivation may not be necessary.

4.Packaging and Storage
    Typically packaged in 25L plastic barrels. Transport using standard liquid chemical handling methods. Store in a cool, dark indoor environment, with a shelf life of one year.

5. Safety and Protection

    During operation, ensure proper labor protection and avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Dispose of the cleaning solution waste properly.
