通過投加重金屬去除劑,使廢水中的重金屬及砷發(fā)生化學反應, 生成不溶于水的物質(zhì),從而能與水分離,使廢水變清水；污泥量少，重金屬濃縮程度高，可以回收冶煉應用領域：可應用于礦山開采、金屬冶煉與加工、化工 生產(chǎn)、電鍍、電子、印染等行業(yè)。 對去除廢水中的重金屬離子有良好的去除效果，特別是絡合態(tài)的重金屬離 子，對于無絡合或者弱絡合態(tài)的重金屬離子，可使重金屬降低至 0.1mg/L 以 下，對于強絡合態(tài)的重金屬需配合絮凝劑使用。 

使用方法：

本產(chǎn)品作為水中重金屬去除劑，可直接投入污水池使用，不需 調(diào)節(jié)反應體系 pH，加入重金屬去除劑，攪拌反應 10-30 分鐘。根據(jù)具體處理效果和原水水質(zhì)，可配合絮凝劑使用。 用量一般為 500-4000mg/L，具體根據(jù)實驗小試而定。 

包 裝：

本品采用塑料桶或罐車包裝，根據(jù)客戶需要確定；本產(chǎn)品儲存 在陰暗、通風的庫房，并遠離火種和高溫。

1. Product introduction

3. Usage

As a heavy metal removal agent in water, this product can be directly put into the sewage tank, adding heavy metal removal agent, stirring reaction for 10-30 minutes, regulating water body PH=8.5-9.5, static precipitation. According to the precipitation effect, it can be used with flocculant PAM.

The dosage is generally 500-4000mg/L, which is determined according to the small-scale experiment.

4. Packaging and storage and transportation

(1)This product is packed in plastic buckets, 25Kg/ buckets, 1t/ buckets or determined according to customer needs.

(2)This product is stored in a dark, ventilated warehouse, away from fire and high temperature, and the storage temperature should not exceed 30 ℃.

(3)Separate from flammable, combustible, reducing agents, acids, alkalis and other substances, do not mix storage.

(4)The storage area shall be provided with emergency leakage handling equipment and suitable reception materials.

(5)) this product is not suitable for long-term storage. It is best to use it within three months after receiving the product.

5. Safety and protection

(1)To avoid inhalation and ingestion, operators must wear protective glasses, acid-and-alkali gloves, protective mouth masks and work caps, and wear protective clothing against acid and alkali if necessary.  

(2)Do not eat or drink in the course of work, pay attention to ventilation or local ventilation, and wash hands with soap and water after work.

(3)Prevent collision during loading and unloading, pay attention to sealing, and prevent packaging and container damage.

(4)Barbaric loading and unloading should be prohibited in the process of loading and unloading to ensure that the container does not leak, collapse, fall or damage, so as to prevent the solution from splashing and injuring during the loading and unloading process.
