使用方法：

①推薦一般使用濃度：原液與水按1:20使用。

②使用（更換）新液時，應先將貯液箱（槽）及機床工作臺、裝夾具、鐵屑及污物清洗干凈。

③槽液的補充：當槽液需要補充時，加水的同時加入相應比例的本品原液，保持必須的濃度。

④工作液應保持清潔和通風，及時清除金屬屑和浮油等雜質(zhì)。

⑤禁止與其他品牌切削液混用。

包裝貯存：

①本品應貯存于干燥、陰涼通風庫房內(nèi)，貯運過程中應避免日曬、雨淋。

②18L/桶、200L/桶或根據(jù)客戶需求。

安全防護：

操作時注意勞動保護，應避免與皮膚、眼睛等接觸，接觸后用大量清水沖洗。

Product Features：

◇SGR2311 is a water-soluble cutting fluid that is mixed with water to form a transparent  liquid.

◇SGR2311 exhibits superior cooling characteristics,rust resistance along with exceptional machining performance. The working fluid can extend the corrosion inhibition time effectively between processes under complex conditions.

◇SGR2311 can extend the tool life, ensure the workpiece surface machining accuracy effectively.

◇SGR2311 has low odor and good corrosion resistance.

Ange of application:

◇ SGR2311 is suitable for the processing of most ferrous metals, and can be used for cooling, rust prevention and cleaning between workpieces.

Application method:

◇ After cleaning the liquid tank and the machine tool, the SGR2311 is mixed with water in a certain proportion according to the on-site process requirements; the prepared working liquid is added into the liquid tank, punched out with a pump and sprayed at the cutting part of the workpiece.

Engineer suggestion:

◇ Please clean the the liquid tank and the machine tool before  the first use of the product . It is recommended to use pure water or tap water to prepare the working liquid.

◇ It is strictly prohibited to use groundwater, too soft and hard water quality, please contact our company in advance to obtain technical support.

◇ The cutting fluid system should have a good aluminum scrap and impurity separation system to keep the working fluid pure and clean.

◇It is strictly forbidden to mix with other grades of cutting fluid to maintain its excellent characteristics.

Storage/Transportation/Package:

◇ It should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse to prevent sun exposure, rain and impurities. The recommended storage temperature is 5~35℃.

◇ Use proper loading and unloading tools to avoid damage to the package.

◇ Cover with tarpaulin during transportation to prevent direct sunlight.

◇ Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is 2 years.

◇ Specification: 20kg or 200kg.
