使用方法：

液箱和機(jī)床清理干凈后，將 SGR2342根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工藝要求按照一定比例與水混合后；將配制好的工作液加入液箱內(nèi)，用油泵打出，噴流于工件切削處。

初次使用本品之前請(qǐng)將機(jī)床液箱清理消殺干凈，建議使用純水、自來(lái)水配制工作液。

切削液系統(tǒng)應(yīng)有良好的鋁屑和雜質(zhì)分離系統(tǒng)，保持工作液的純凈和清潔。

包裝貯存：

應(yīng)密封保存于干燥、陰涼通風(fēng)庫(kù)房?jī)?nèi)，防止日曬、雨淋及混入雜質(zhì)，建議貯存溫度 5~35℃。

搬運(yùn)中應(yīng)使用適當(dāng)?shù)难b卸工具，以免包裝破損。

運(yùn)輸中應(yīng)用篷布遮蓋，防止陽(yáng)光直曬。

正常貯存情況下，產(chǎn)品保質(zhì)期為2年。

Range of application:

◇SGR2342 is suitable for the processing of ferrous metals such as cast iron, carbon steel and stainless steel, to meet the processing requirements of cutting, drilling and tapping, milling, gantry milling, etc.

Application method:

◇After cleaning the liquid tank and the machine tool, the SGR2342 is mixed with water in a certain proportion according to the on-site process requirements; the prepared working liquid is added into the liquid tank, punched out with a pump and sprayed at the cutting part of the workpiece.

Engineer suggestion:

◇ Please clean the the liquid tank and the machine tool before  the first use of the product . It is recommended to use pure water or tap water to prepare the working liquid.

◇ It is strictly prohibited to use groundwater, too soft and hard water quality, please contact our company in advance to obtain technical support.

◇ The cutting fluid system should have a good aluminum scrap and impurity separation system to keep the working fluid pure and clean.

◇It is strictly forbidden to mix with other grades of cutting fluid to maintain its excellent characteristics.

Storage/Transportation/Package:

◇ It should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse to prevent sun exposure, rain and impurities. The recommended storage temperature is 5~35℃.

◇ Use proper loading and unloading tools to avoid damage to the package.

◇ Cover with tarpaulin during transportation to prevent direct sunlight.

◇ Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is 2 years.

◇ Specification: 20kg or 200kg.
