使用方法：

①推薦一般使用濃度：原液與水按1:20使用。

②使用（更換）新液時(shí)，應(yīng)先將貯液箱（槽）及機(jī)床工作臺(tái)、裝夾具、鐵屑及污物清洗干凈。

③槽液的補(bǔ)充：當(dāng)槽液需要補(bǔ)充時(shí)，加水的同時(shí)加入相應(yīng)比例的本品原液，保持必須的濃度。

④工作液應(yīng)保持清潔和通風(fēng)，及時(shí)清除金屬屑和浮油等雜質(zhì)。

⑤禁止與其他品牌切削液混用。

包裝貯存：

①本品應(yīng)貯存于干燥、陰涼通風(fēng)庫(kù)房?jī)?nèi)，貯運(yùn)過(guò)程中應(yīng)避免日曬、雨淋。

②18L/桶、200L/桶或根據(jù)客戶(hù)需求。安全防護(hù)：

操作時(shí)注意勞動(dòng)保護(hù)，應(yīng)避免與皮膚、眼睛等接觸，接觸后用大量清水沖洗。

◇ SGR2328 is a water-soluble cutting fluid, which is mixed with water to form a translucent liquid, with good lubrication and rust prevention. The working fluid can extend the corrosion inhibition time effectively between processes under complex conditions.

◇SGR2328 has good versatility and can be applied to the processing of most ferrous metals, aluminum alloys, copper and other non-ferrous metals.

◇SGR2328 can extend the tool life, ensure the workpiece surface machining accuracy effectively.

Range of application:

◇SGR2328  is suitable for the processing of cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel and most of the ferrous metal, aluminum alloy, copper and other non-ferrous metal.It can be used for anti -rust,lubrication, cooling, and cleaning between workpiece process.

Application method:

◇ After cleaning the liquid tank and the machine tool, the SGR2328 is mixed with water in a certain proportion according to the on-site process requirements; the prepared working liquid is added into the liquid tank, punched out with a pump and sprayed at the cutting part of the workpiece.

Engineer suggestion:

◇ Please clean the the liquid tank and the machine tool before  the first use of the product . It is recommended to use pure water or tap water to prepare the working liquid.

◇ It is strictly prohibited to use groundwater, too soft and hard water quality, please contact our company in advance to obtain technical support.

◇ The cutting fluid system should have a good aluminum scrap and impurity separation system to keep the working fluid pure and clean.

◇It is strictly forbidden to mix with other grades of cutting fluid to maintain its excellent characteristics.

Storage/Transportation/Package:

◇ It should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse to prevent sun exposure, rain and impurities. The recommended storage temperature is 5~35℃.

◇ Use proper loading and unloading tools to avoid damage to the package.

◇ Cover with tarpaulin during transportation to prevent direct sunlight.

◇ Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life of the product is 2 year.

◇Specification: 18kg or 200kg.
