本品是多種藥劑混合而成的鍋爐回收水腐蝕抑制劑，藥劑以堿性化學(xué)品化學(xué)品為主，添加緩沖劑、增效劑、穩(wěn)定劑等復(fù)配而成，藥劑能中和回收水中的二氧化碳，加入后可有效抑制蒸汽回收管路因氧氣及二氧化碳所造成的腐蝕。提高回收水之PH，保護(hù)回收管路不受到碳酸及氧氣的腐蝕。同時(shí)有去除殘留鐵銹的功能，以提高交換效率，可減少回收水中的鐵份，防止Ph值過低造成的腐蝕，保護(hù)蒸汽管線系統(tǒng)，延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。

3. 使用方法

每噸給水藥劑添加量在3-5g，宜通過計(jì)量泵加入鍋爐給水箱，除氧器，或除氧給水泵吸入口。

4. 包裝與貯運(yùn)

(1)本品采用藍(lán)色塑料桶包裝，25Kg/桶，1t/桶或根據(jù)客戶需要確定。

(2)本產(chǎn)品儲(chǔ)存在陰暗、通風(fēng)的庫房，并遠(yuǎn)離火種和高溫，庫溫不宜超過30℃。

(3)與易燃、可燃物、酸類、堿類等物質(zhì)分開存放，切忌混儲(chǔ)。

5. 安全與防護(hù)

(1)避免吸入、食入，操作人員必須佩戴好防護(hù)眼鏡、防酸堿手套、3M口罩及安全帽，必要時(shí)要穿戴好防酸堿防護(hù)服。

(2)工作過程中不準(zhǔn)進(jìn)食、飲水，注意通風(fēng)或局部排風(fēng)，工作完畢用肥皂和清水洗手。

(3)裝卸時(shí)防止碰撞，注意密封，防止包裝及容器損壞。

(4)裝卸過程中確保容器不泄露、不倒塌、不損壞，防止裝卸過程中溶液濺出傷人。

作用機(jī)理： 

（1）中和調(diào)節(jié)：藥劑的 堿化胺中和冷凝水系統(tǒng)的中的二氧化碳，避免冷凝水PH過低腐蝕管道。

（2）除氧：藥劑中的除氧劑能有效除去蒸汽系統(tǒng)和爐水系統(tǒng)的溶解氧，避免設(shè)備氧腐蝕。

（3）吸附成膜：藥劑中的成膜劑可以在設(shè)備表面形成一層單分子膜，加強(qiáng)對(duì)設(shè)備的保護(hù)。

（4）鈍化成膜：藥劑中的有效成分可消除爐水中的氧化鐵，消除紅水現(xiàn)象，并可在設(shè)備表面形成一種牢固的磁性氧化鐵膜。

As a PH regulator for boiler supply water, the amount of agent added is 3-5ppm. It is suitable to add the boiler defeed pump through the metering pump.

Packaging and storage and transportation

(1) This product is packaged in blue plastic bucket, 25 Kg / barrel, 1t / barrel or determined according to customer needs.

(2) The product is stored in a dark, ventilated warehouse, and far away from the fire and high temperature, and the storage temperature should not exceed 30℃.

(3) with flammable, combustible, acid, alkali and other substances, avoid mixed storage.

Safety and protection

(1) Avoid inhalation and feeding. Operators must wear protective glasses, anti-acid-alkali gloves, 3M masks and safety helmets, and wear anti-acid-alkali protective clothing when necessary.

(2) Do not eat or drink water during work, pay attention to ventilation or local air exhaust, and wash hands with soap and water after work.

(3) Prevent collision during loading and unloading, pay attention to sealing, and prevent damage to packaging and containers.
