3.使用方法
用于除銹時(shí)產(chǎn)品使用濃度為5%-20%,用除鹽水稀釋充分?jǐn)嚢杈?/span>可以使用。 除碳酸鹽垢時(shí)可提高使用濃度。升高清洗液溫度、人工輔助擦洗等辦法可提高工 件除銹除油效果、縮短除銹清洗時(shí)間。使用本品后，會(huì)在鋼鐵表面形成鈍化膜，

4.包裝與儲(chǔ)存

1.Performance and Application
This product is a brand-new neutral descaling agent designed to replace traditional acid cleaning processes. It effectively removes carbonate scale, iron oxide scale, and other deposits. Composed of specially selected high-efficiency chelating agents, solubilizers, corrosion inhibitors, and other components, it offers fast rust removal, non-corrosiveness to equipment, ease of use, and pollution-free operation. The agent does not cause over-corrosion or hydrogen embrittlement in steel substrates. It is widely applicable for descaling in boilers, evaporators, heat exchangers, and for cleaning rust products from equipment.

3. Usage Instructions
It is recommended to dilute with deionized water. For removing carbonate scale, use a concentration of 10-20%. For iron oxide scale, use a concentration of 5-20%. Increasing the temperature of the cleaning solution can enhance descaling effectiveness and shorten cleaning time. After use, the product will form a passivation film on the steel surface, eliminating the need for additional passivation.
4. Packaging and Storage
SGR0207 is packaged in plastic barrels. It should be kept away from strong oxidizers and strong alkaline substances. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure. Store at room temperature for up to twelve months.
5. Safety and Protection
When operating, ensure proper labor protection and avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
