產(chǎn)品介紹：本鍋爐緩蝕阻垢劑是由聚羧酸高分子和堿性增效劑等復(fù)配而成， 具有很高的緩蝕和阻垢性能，其耐溫性能特別好，藥劑成堿性，其 PH 值和爐水 PH 相當(dāng)。 可有效的應(yīng)用于低壓鍋爐的爐內(nèi)水處理，鍋爐包括水暖、蒸汽、機(jī)車用鍋爐 等，也可用于海水淡化、蒸餾劑水箱等系統(tǒng)的緩蝕防銹。

使用方法：按每噸水加 200ppm 的藥劑比例加入鍋爐補(bǔ)充水中即可，使用 時注意排污，要求每小時排污一次，每次 5-10 秒，如鍋爐帶垢運(yùn)行時可加大藥 劑用量，勤排污，運(yùn)行 10-20 天后反應(yīng)停爐，人工把脫落下的水垢清理干凈， 防止污垢堵塞管道，然后轉(zhuǎn)入正常運(yùn)行； 有條件的可測爐水濃縮倍數(shù)，控制在 10 倍左右，其它參數(shù)按勞動有關(guān)規(guī)定 調(diào)整（如爐水 PH10-12 等）。 鍋爐補(bǔ)充水的總硬度應(yīng)控制在 200mg/L 以內(nèi)，若硬度過高可用石灰法或其 它方法降硬度，否則藥劑的阻垢效果將受影響。 

包裝貯運(yùn)：①本品采用藍(lán)色塑料桶包裝，25Kg/桶，1t/桶或根據(jù)客戶需要確定。 

②本產(chǎn)品儲存在陰暗、通風(fēng)的庫房，并遠(yuǎn)離火種和高溫，庫溫不宜超過 30℃。 

③與易燃、可燃物、酸類、堿類等物質(zhì)分開存放，切忌混儲。 

安全防護(hù)：原液對皮膚有刺激性，應(yīng)避免與眼睛直接接觸，應(yīng)立即用大量清 水沖洗，不可凝視，不可與皮膚長期接觸。須佩戴好防護(hù)眼鏡、防酸堿手套、安 全帽，必要時要穿戴好防酸堿防護(hù)服。
