1. 產(chǎn)品介紹

本鍋爐緩蝕阻垢劑是由聚羧酸和堿性增效劑、緩蝕劑等復(fù)配而成，具有很高的緩蝕和阻垢性能，其耐溫性能特別好，藥劑成堿性，其PH值和爐水PH相當(dāng)。

可有效的應(yīng)用于低壓鍋爐的爐內(nèi)水處理，鍋爐包括水暖、蒸汽、機(jī)車用鍋爐等，也可用于海水淡化、蒸餾劑水箱等系統(tǒng)的緩蝕防銹。

3. 使用方法

按每噸水加200ppm的藥劑比例加入鍋爐補(bǔ)充水中即可，使用時(shí)注意排污，要求每小時(shí)排污一次，每次5-10秒，如鍋爐帶垢運(yùn)行時(shí)可加大藥劑用量，勤排污，運(yùn)行10-20天后反應(yīng)停爐，人工把脫落下的水垢清理干凈，防止污垢堵塞管道，然后轉(zhuǎn)入正常運(yùn)行；

有條件的可測(cè)爐水濃縮倍數(shù)，控制在10倍左右，其它參數(shù)按勞動(dòng)有關(guān)規(guī)定調(diào)整（如爐水PH10-12等）。

4. 包裝與貯運(yùn)

(1)本品采用藍(lán)色塑料桶包裝，25Kg/桶，1t/桶或根據(jù)客戶需要確定。

(2)本產(chǎn)品儲(chǔ)存在陰暗、通風(fēng)的庫(kù)房，并遠(yuǎn)離火種和高溫，庫(kù)溫不宜超過(guò)30℃。

(3)與易燃、可燃物、酸類、堿類等物質(zhì)分開(kāi)存放，切忌混儲(chǔ)。

5. 安全與防護(hù)

原液對(duì)皮膚有刺激性，應(yīng)避免與眼睛直接接觸，應(yīng)立即用大量清水沖洗，不可凝視，不可與皮膚長(zhǎng)期接觸。須佩戴好防護(hù)眼鏡、防酸堿手套、安全帽，必要時(shí)要穿戴好防酸堿防護(hù)服。

Packaging and storag

(2) The product is stored in a dark, ventilated warehouse, and far away from the fire and high temperature, and the storage temperature should not exceed 30℃.

(3) with flammable, combustible, acid, alkali and other substances, avoid mixed storage.

Safety and protection

The stock solution is irritating to the skin, should avoid direct contact with the eyes, should be immediately washed with a lot of water, not gaze, not contact with the skin for a long time. Wear protective glasses, acid-alkali gloves, safety helmet, and acid-alkali protective clothing when necessary.
