1.產(chǎn)品介紹

本產(chǎn)品為無(wú)色至淡黃色液體，主要由表面活性脂肪烴、堿化胺和高效阻垢劑等多組分組

成，主要用于鍋爐汽水系統(tǒng)的防腐蝕及防結(jié)垢。本產(chǎn)品“一物多用”，取代磷酸鹽化合物、

聯(lián)胺、氨水等傳統(tǒng)鍋爐水處理藥劑，產(chǎn)生更好的結(jié)果。藥劑有效成分為鍋爐的整個(gè)水-蒸汽回

路中的所有含鐵金屬表面提供疏水性保護(hù)膜和鈍化處理，同時(shí)能夠減小原有氧化物和水垢沉

淀層的厚度來(lái)維持熱傳導(dǎo)性能，從而防止鍋爐結(jié)垢和腐蝕的形成。

3.使用方法

本產(chǎn)品添加到鍋爐給水泵的上游，加藥量10-20ppm，具體以維持鍋爐冷凝水PH大于7

為宜。

4.包裝與貯運(yùn)

(1)本品采用藍(lán)色塑料桶包裝，25Kg/桶，1t/桶或根據(jù)客戶需要確定。

(2)本產(chǎn)品儲(chǔ)存在陰暗、通風(fēng)的庫(kù)房，并遠(yuǎn)離火種和高溫，庫(kù)溫不宜超過(guò)30℃。

(3)與易燃、可燃物、酸類(lèi)、堿類(lèi)等物質(zhì)分開(kāi)存放，切忌混儲(chǔ)。

(4)貯區(qū)應(yīng)備有泄漏應(yīng)急處理設(shè)備和合適的收容材料。

5.安全與防護(hù)

(1)避免吸入、食入，操作人員必須佩戴好防護(hù)眼鏡、防酸堿手套、3M口罩及安全帽，

必要時(shí)要穿戴好防酸堿防護(hù)服。

(2)工作過(guò)程中不準(zhǔn)進(jìn)食、飲水，注意通風(fēng)或局部排風(fēng)，工作完畢用肥皂和清水洗手。

(3)裝卸時(shí)防止碰撞，注意密封，防止包裝及容器損壞。

(4)裝卸過(guò)程中要禁止野蠻裝卸，確保容器不泄露、不倒塌、不墜落、不損壞，防止裝卸

過(guò)程中溶液濺出傷人。

This product is added to the upstream of the boiler feed water pump, and the added dosage is calculated as 16-20ppm according to the evaporation amount.

Packaging and storage

(1) This product is packaged in blue plastic bucket, 25 Kg / barrel, 1t / barrel or determined according to customer needs.

(2) The product is stored in a dark, ventilated warehouse, and far away from the fire and high temperature, and the storage temperature should not exceed 30℃.

(3) with flammable, combustible, acid, alkali and other substances, avoid mixed storage.

(4) The storage area shall be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and suitable receiving materials.

Safety and protection

(1) Avoid inhalation and feeding. Operators must wear protective glasses, anti-acid-alkali gloves, 3M masks and safety helmets, and wear anti-acid-alkali protective clothing when necessary.

(2) Do not eat or drink water during work, pay attention to ventilation or local air exhaust, and wash hands with soap and water after work.

(3) Prevent collision during loading and unloading, pay attention to sealing, and prevent damage to packaging and containers.

(4) In the loading and unloading process, brutal loading and unloading should be prohibited to ensure that the container does not leak, collapse, fall or damage, and prevent the solution from splashing out in the loading and unloading process.
