本鍋爐緩蝕阻垢劑是由有機(jī)磷酸鹽和聚羧酸和堿性增效劑等復(fù)配而成，具有很高的緩蝕和阻垢性能，其耐溫性能特別好，藥劑成堿性，其PH值和爐水PH相當(dāng)?？捎行У膽?yīng)用于低壓鍋爐的爐內(nèi)水處理，鍋爐包括水暖、蒸汽、機(jī)車用鍋爐等，也可用于海水淡化、蒸餾劑水箱等系統(tǒng)的緩蝕防銹。

三、鍋爐用緩蝕阻垢劑使用方法：

按每噸水加200ppm的藥劑比例加入鍋爐補(bǔ)充水中即可，使用時(shí)注意排污，要求每小時(shí)排污一次，每次5-10秒，如鍋爐帶垢運(yùn)行時(shí)可加大藥劑用量，勤排污，運(yùn)行10-20天后反應(yīng)停爐，人工把脫落下的水垢清理干凈，防止污垢堵塞管道，然后轉(zhuǎn)入正常運(yùn)行；

有條件的可測(cè)爐水濃縮倍數(shù)，控制在10倍左右，其它參數(shù)按勞動(dòng)有關(guān)規(guī)定調(diào)整（如爐水PH10-12等）。

四、鍋爐用緩蝕阻垢劑包裝與貯運(yùn)：

（1）本品采用藍(lán)色塑料桶包裝，25Kg/桶，1t/桶或根據(jù)客戶需要確定。

（2）本產(chǎn)品儲(chǔ)存在陰暗、通風(fēng)的庫(kù)房，并遠(yuǎn)離火種和高溫，庫(kù)溫不宜超過(guò)30℃。

（3）與易燃、可燃物、酸類、堿類等物質(zhì)分開(kāi)存放，切忌混儲(chǔ)。

五、鍋爐用緩蝕阻垢劑安全與防護(hù)：

原液對(duì)皮膚有刺激性，應(yīng)避免與眼睛直接接觸，應(yīng)立即用大量清水沖洗，不可凝視，不可與皮膚長(zhǎng)期接觸。須佩戴好防護(hù)眼鏡、防酸堿手套、安全帽，必要時(shí)要穿戴好防酸堿防護(hù)服。

 01 、藥劑螯合與晶格畸變作用：無(wú)機(jī)鹽晶體生長(zhǎng)過(guò)程是按晶格形狀有序排列，阻垢分散劑能優(yōu)先與晶體扭折位置的陽(yáng)離子螫合，使晶體不能按正常規(guī)律生長(zhǎng)，而是使晶體形成了歪晶，晶體仍繼續(xù)長(zhǎng)大，螯合物被鑲嵌在繼續(xù)生長(zhǎng)的晶體中，這種晶體在彈性應(yīng)力作用下容易碎裂，形成外形不規(guī)則的小晶體，晶體發(fā)生畸變，而不長(zhǎng)大。

02、藥劑分散作用：阻垢分散劑通過(guò)物理或化學(xué)作用被吸附到無(wú)機(jī)鹽微晶及其他懸浮物粒子表面。吸附了阻垢分散劑的小晶體和懸浮物表面形成雙電層，改變了顆粒表面原來(lái)的電荷狀況，在靜電作用下，顆粒相互排斥、這樣避免了顆粒碰撞后長(zhǎng)大沉積，并將無(wú)機(jī)鹽微晶及懸浮微粒分散在水中。
