產(chǎn)品簡介：廢水中的磷作為導致水體富營養(yǎng)化的關鍵因子之一而備受關注，除磷藥劑應運而生。本產(chǎn)品為紅棕色透明液體，是一種聚合高分子復合試劑，主要用于磷的去除，可應用于市政廢水、農村污水、循環(huán)冷卻水、化工、生物制藥、食品發(fā)酵等多個行業(yè)的磷化物去除。

使用方法：本產(chǎn)品作為水中磷去除劑，可直接投入污水池使用，調節(jié)反應體系PH值8-9左右，加入除磷試劑，攪拌反應5-10分鐘，靜置，如果上層液體有少量細小絮狀物，可加入助凝劑PAM。根據(jù)實際廢水指標，用量一般為 500-3000ppm，具體根據(jù)實驗小試而定。

包    裝：本品包裝為25L、1t塑桶，不得與化學消毒藥劑混合。

儲    存：本產(chǎn)品應存放于陰涼干燥的室內環(huán)境中，不得在高溫或嚴寒環(huán)境中久置。

1. Product introduction

This product is a reddish brown transparent liquid, is a polymeric polymer compound reagent, mainly used for phosphorus removal, can be used in municipal wastewater, rural sewage, circulating cooling water, chemical, bio-pharmaceutical, food fermentation and other industries of phosphide removal.

3. Usage

As a phosphorus removal agent in water, this product can be directly put into the sewage tank, adjust the reaction system PH=8-9 or so, add phosphorus removal reagent, stir the reaction for 5-10 minutes, and rest. If there is a small amount of fine flocculent in the upper liquid, you can add coagulant PAM.

According to the actual wastewater index, the dosage is generally 500-3000ppm, which is determined according to the experimental small-scale test.

4. Packaging and storage and transportation

(1)This product is packed in plastic buckets, 25Kg/ buckets, 1t/ buckets or determined according to customer needs.

(2)This product is stored in a dark, ventilated warehouse, away from fire and high temperature, and the storage temperature should not exceed 30 ℃.

(3)Separate from flammable, combustible, reducing agents, acids, alkalis and other substances, do not mix storage.

(4)The storage area shall be provided with emergency leakage handling equipment and suitable reception materials.

(5)This product is not suitable for long-term storage. It is best to use it within a week after receiving the product.

5. Safety and protection

(1)To avoid inhalation and ingestion, operators must wear protective glasses, acid-and-alkali gloves, protective mouth masks and work caps, and wear protective clothing against acid and alkali if necessary.  

(2)Do not eat or drink in the course of work, pay attention to ventilation or local ventilation, and wash hands with soap and water after work.

(3)Prevent collision during loading and unloading, pay attention to sealing, and prevent packaging and container damage.

(4)Barbaric loading and unloading should be prohibited in the process of loading and unloading to ensure that the container does not leak, collapse, fall or damage, so as to prevent the solution from splashing and injuring during the loading and unloading process.
